I love the four steps and saved them to my notes app to work through today to help me create a little space for some self-care!

that's very true and it has been something I always struggled with as a high achiever. However it took me a toll when I eventually stretched my limits too much and went into a complete mental breakdown, and it took me years to recover. Now self-care is always my priority. Thanks for writing about this!
