I read this and think of triumph. A weaker person could’ve easily fallen in defeat and I could see why. Now you’re using your story to give back to others who may be entering that fight.

Thank you for posting your story. I hope I get the to the same spot as you, the courage to share. Without a doubt I had similar experiences to you and as a result have built an unmatched resiliency. Your guidance of "Choose Your Role Model, Not You're Warning," truly resonated with me. I can remember thinking about my role models on a consistent basis and using them as a foundation to build my future. While by no means am I "healed," I'm beyond grateful for my story.
